Delivery
We only deliver to Mainland UK via courier service. Postage and Packing is £7 (for 1-3 boxes) or £14 (for 3-6 boxes), this is a standard price set by our courier based on the size/weight of boxes.
All orders placed before 2.30pm on a Monday will be delivered on a Thursday, and in some cases Friday.
Should you require delivery out with sooner or on an alternative day, please contact us and we may be able to arrange this.
Packaging
Pies and chilled items will be delivered in an insulated carton containing an ice gel pack which will keep the product at the correct temperature for up to 48hrs. Products must then be kept in the fridge/freezer. Your order will come with full reheat and freezing instructions.
Bakery box items are all fresh and do not require refrigeration. Some products can be frozen, please see product description for details.
