Rolls & Bread Products
Browning’s are famed for the quality of their traditional Scottish Morning rolls & hand crafted Crispy rolls, supplying them either loose or wrapped to stores throughout Scotland on a daily basis. We also manufacture specialist rolls for sandwich manufacturers.
Scone & Hotplate Products
Traditional favourites like the potato and oven scone are packed for freshness and distributed throughout Scotland. Our portfolio of scone products also includes Soda scones, Pancakes & Crumpets.
Confectionery
Hand finished confectionery has long been a speciality of the Scottish baker and at Browning’s it is no different. Old favourites like Pineapple cakes, Empire biscuits & Strawberry tarts or modern Tray-Bakes are all produced using only the finest ingredients. Tablet & Macaroon, produced to an old family recipe, complement the range with Tablet available in Aldi stores throughout Scotland on a seasonal basis.
Indulgent Cakes & Muffins
Whether it’s long life ambient muffins, indulgent loaf cakes with real fruit & Belgian chocolate or individual min-loaf cakes for the coffee sector our expertise is at your disposal. Meat & Savoury Products
Produced in a dedicated facility, our meat products contain only Scotch Beef sourced by our butcher selecting animals at market, only prime livestock is good enough for our delicious pastry. We fervently believe that quality of pastry is of paramount importance and have resisted the temptation to fully automate our pie shell production to protect the eating quality of our pies. Since April 2008 we have entered into a co-branding with Spar Scotland producing both the “Spar” & “Spar Treat Yourself” range of savouries.
